Prof. Leung has been invited to give a talk at the Energy Materials Nanotechnology Meeting on Carbon Nanostructures on March 30, 2016 in Hawaii, USA. He will disseminate new micro-and-nanostructuring techniques to simultaneously promote CNT/polymer nanocomposite’s electrical conductivity and suppress its thermal conductivity in order to enhance the efficiency to harvest waste heat using thermoelectric polymer nanocomposites. The research is spearheaded by his Ph.D. student, Mehdi, who is a holder of the prestigious Ontario Trillium Scholarship.
